Download the Windows 7 file (32bit or 64bit-it depends wich one your CPU can support) 2. Wait for an Hour or so. It all depends on your internets speed. 3. Once its finish downloading you can either extract the file from ISO to normal files or you can burn it into a disk. You may need trans mac to burn a .dmg file on a PC. I used poweriso to burn the efi file, but you can use nero or right click and select win-7 image burn. My PC specs.
