Karaoke & Virtual DJ Ripping CDGs to your Hard Drive Part 2

Watch Part 1 first!! Second part in a four part series. By the end of this video you will have learned how to convert all of your karaoke CDG discs to a file format playable with computer software programs such as Virtual DJ and others. This video beginning with the first one gets you to the point where you have converted the discs to CD+G files, a dual format (video & audio are separate) file that is very common and familiar to many computer KJs. You may be happy with this format and have no need to go to the next step. The third video demonstrates how to compress these CD+G dual files encoded into a single .zip file fully playable in Virtual DJ because VDJ has a built in zip compression engine that decodes on the fly!!. This is much simpler because your audio & video dual files will be in one easily manageable zip file and save you some space as an added bonus!!. Stay tuned for Part 3 coming soon!!
